The Process


Step one

Before the photoshoot, we’ll have a pre-shoot consultation to discuss your needs and create a detailed mood board. I’ll plan every aspect to ensure we’re aligned on the style and type of product shots you’re looking for, giving you complete confidence in the final results.

Step two

I’ll source the perfect props and backgrounds to complement your products. Once everything is set, all you need to do is package your items and send them to my studio for photoshoot. You can use any courier service that suits you best.

Step three

Photography, styling, and editing are all included, allowing you to focus on running your business. Once your photos are ready, they’ll be delivered to you via private online gallery and I’ll carefully pack away your products ready for collection by your courier.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

how to prepare for a product photoshoot


Pre- shoot consultation?

Pre-shoot consultation will give the opportunity to learn about you products and brand identity, we will discuss the specifics of the photos you require, eg. image ratio/proportions/colour palette and any additional details. 

How to book?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date in my diary.  Once deposit is received and date is booked, you will receive an invoice for paid deposit. Deposit can be paid via bank transfer.

After that via email you will receive a PDF file that will outline all the photoshoot details:

Do I have to provide props?

I have a variety of props and backdrops, but I always encourage clients to take a look around their homes and studios to see if they have any items that may work. It’s a great way of adding touches of your personality and style into your images.

If a specific props or backgrounds required just leave with me:)

How do I deliver products?

Securely pack up your products to ensure they arrive safely, make sure your products arrive to me five days in advance of the actual shoot date. You may include any props if you like.

Choose products that are in perfect condition for the best results. 

It’s vitally important to carefully package your products to reduce any scratching or damage during transit. 

How I will receive photos?

Within 5- 7 days you will receive link via email to a private online gallery for a preview and 1 revision, please note photos will be watermarked at this stage.

Once the final invoice is paid your images will be delivered to you via private online gallery.

Images are safely archived for six months.

How I will receive my products back?

After your product photography shoot is paid for and completed, I’ll carefully pack your products into it’s original packaging to be ready for collection by your courier.

Alternatively if requested in the quote I can send the parcel by DHL courier or Royal Mail, this cost will be added to your invoice.

Cancellations

For cancellations initiated by the client, a £100 non-refundable booking fee will apply to cover prior arrangements and planning. 

If the photographer cancels, the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Clients may reschedule the photoshoot once, subject to availability, with no additional charge. 

Notice must be  given at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
